Introduction These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or the “trainee”) and SAPLO Training Services Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). SAPLO Training Services Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16601361 and its registered address is Office 5, Old Ferry Inn Business Centre, Beachley, Chepstow, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom, NP16 7HH. These Terms apply to all business we undertake for you. By booking a training course with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Booking and Registration
Bookings are to be made via the booking portal on our website. Your booking will be effective after we have sent a booking confirmation email. We have the right to refuse to accept a booking where we have not received payment, or where, for any reason, we are unable to provide the training. You must be at least 18 years old to book or take part in any of our training courses.
Payment and Fees
All course fees are clearly stated at the time of booking and include VAT. Fees include training delivery, certification, and any specified materials. Additional costs (e.g., travel, accommodation) are the responsibility of the learner unless otherwise agreed. Full payment must be made prior to the commencement of the course unless a written agreement for alternative terms is in place. Payment can be made via the methods specified during booking. If payment is not received by the due date, SAPLO Training Services reserves the right to: Refuse entry to the course Charge interest on overdue amounts at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
Cancellations and Refunds
A trainee booking cancellation is effective if made on our booking website or by email. You will be fully refunded if you cancel your booking at least 14 days before the course start date. You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel your booking between 7 and 13 days before the course start date. We will not be entitled to a refund if you cancel less than 7 days before the training session. You will not receive a refund if you fail to attend your training course. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving notice that a refund is due.
Course delivery
The course will be delivered by sufficiently qualified and experienced instructors. The instructors will deliver courses with reasonable care and skill. To maintain the standard of training, subject to notice, courses will be delivered to a maximum of 10 trainees.
Trainee Responsibilities
Trainees must arrive for training in a timely manner. Trainees may be refused access to the training if they fail to arrive at such a time that the training session can be effectively delivered. In such an instance, the trainee will not be entitled to a refund. Trainees must not harass or discriminate against any person in the course of the training. If a trainee behaves in an inappropriate manner, the instructor retains the discretion to remove the trainee from their training course. In such an event, the trainee will not be entitled to a refund. Trainees will automatically fail their course and will not be entitled to a refund where it is found that they have attempted to fraudulently perform a course on behalf of another person. Trainees must not attempt to reproduce any of the training materials for the purpose of distribution to others.
Failure to Pass Assessments
Although the training and assessment will occur in a manner that trainees will be likely to pass if they pay due care and attention, it is nonetheless possible that a trainee will fail a course assessment. In such an event, the trainee will receive feedback and will be entitled to retake the assessment. If a trainee is unable to pass a required assessment, they may not receive a certification and will not be entitled to a refund.
Accredited Courses
For accredited courses, we may be required to share your personal information with the appropriate awarding organisations for the purposes of certification and quality assurance.
Certification
For non-accredited courses, you will receive a digital copy of your certificate within 7 days of passing your course. For accredited courses, the time at which you will receive your certificate may vary. We will not be held responsible for any undue delay caused by the actions of a relevant awarding organisation.
Confidentiality
Information shared by trainees during training will be treated with respect and will be regarded as confidential.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAPLO Training Services and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunity, or business interruption. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and regardless of whether any limited remedy herein fails of its essential purpose. We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability under applicable law.

To make a complaint, you may email us at: admin@saplo.co.uk. We will endeavour to acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 5 days, and we will reply in writing within 28 days.
Intellectual Property
In performing the training course, we do not confer any intellectual property rights on the trainees. No license is granted to trainees for the reproduction or distribution of any training materials.
Data Protection and Privacy
We will follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
Miscellaneous
The Terms are made and interpreted under the law of England and Wales. Any disputes related to the Terms are under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted, to the extent possible, to achieve the intent of the original provision.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may revise or update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Any booking of a training session will amount to an acceptance of the most recent Terms.
