First Aid
We cover areas such as Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid at Work (FAW), Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), CPR, Automated External Defibrillator (AED/PAED) use, and Outdoor First Aid, our training is tailored to a wide range of sectors and working environments.
Mental Health First Aid
Our bespoke training includes Level 1 Mental Health Awareness, Level 2 Mental Health First Aid, Level 2 Youth Mental Health First Aid, and Level 3 Supervising Mental Health First Aid, ensuring progression from foundational understanding through to supervisory and leadership-level competence.
Medication
Our Medication Training is delivered as bespoke, practical instruction designed to ensure individuals and organisations can manage, administer, and handle medication safely and confidently within their specific working environments.

Delivered as bespoke, practical training, the course covers the different types of diabetes, signs and symptoms of hypo- and hyperglycaemia, and appropriate response actions in real-life situations.
